Key Features
- The login page is where the username and password has to be entered to get into the system.
- All the predefined users are given a unique Username and Password.
- The access of the user in various parts of the system is being setup by the Administrator.
- The various access information includes
- The ability to view the files of all the locations specific to that user.
- The ability to include him/her as a sales person.
- They also include a user type, which enables to include multiple users with the same access level.
Home Screen has 8 different buttons to go into the following categories.
- Products: Search for a product from the list and look at the product detail such as product name, product type, total area of the product.
- Customers: Search for a customer from the list of customers and look at the detailed info such as customer name, customer address, customer location and customer credit level.
- Deliveries/Invoices: Search for a delivery/invoice from the list and look at the delivery/invoice number, customer name, date and amount of the delivery/invoice.
- Inventory Suppliers: Search for Inventory Suppliers from the list and look at the supplier`s name, contact person, location and the suppliers balance.
- Non Inventory Vendors: Search for Non Inventory Vendors and look at the vendor`s name, contact name, location and vendor balance.
- Inventory in Transit: Search for the inventory in transit and look into the material name, amount.
